Description

Our apple cider vinegar (ACV) is made with 100% organic apples from Washington State, using only the fleshy part (no cores or peels). Unlike many apple cider vinegars on the market, ours is never diluted as evidenced by the consistently opaque, deep rich color.
Apple cider vinegar has gained popularity in recent years, drawing on its traditional use in digestive wellness, and as a skin and hair treatment. This has overshadowed its culinary uses somewhat. Its tart, bright flavor is a great addition to marinades and soups, and it can also be added to any traditional apple pie recipe to bring a

slight tang to this classic dessert. Working well in both sweet and savory dishes, ACV is a perfect kitchen staple for any home chef.
With references to its ability to aid in digestive health dating as far back as ancient Greece, apple cider vinegar has been known to promote the good bacteria our gut loves. ACV is also the base in traditional fire cider recipes.
Topically, diluted ACV can be added to skin care formulas to promote healthy pH levels and overall skin appearance. It is also commonly used as a hair rinse, helping restore shine and volume to overstressed hair.
