Upon acceptance of your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time will depend on the carrier and your package destination. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for most deliveries. When your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, we will send you an email letting you know your package's tracking information.
Special Note: Your Healing Store charges shipping costs for a package that needs to be shipped a second time, because a wrong address given to us, the first shipment was refused or returned because it was undeliverable.
